On a daily basis, people in Europe are well
aware of the opportunities and challenges
brought about by the rapid changes
in almost all aspects of our everyday lives.
Changes in the way we communicate,
the way we work, the way we live with
our families and friends and the way we live
together in our local, national and
wider European communities.

In the entire world we are aware that each
individual has different needs, but
everybody has the same rights, including
the disadvantaged groups, in our case
people with disabilities.

Our project team wants to aim specially on
the right of being equal member
of the community, having equal
opportunities to use the resources
of the community – approach
to the common services, cultural life,
lifelong learning etc.
